Problem report

To be able to analyze an issue or bug, we need to get three pieces of information

• How to get the bug or issue, or if it can't be reproduced when it happens.
• The Eclipse configuration
• The Eclipse error log

To get the configuration and error log, do the following:

1.- Select "About Eclipse SDK" in the Help menu

2.- Select Configuration details in the "About Eclipse SDK" Window

3.- Copy to clipboard the configuration details with the available button and paste it into your mail

4.- Push the "View Error Log" button. A page will be loaded into your browser, please select all in the page, copy it and paste it to your mail.
